General Refund Policy
Right to Cancel
50WebHost reserves the right to cancel service(s) at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be refunded by 50WebHost to customer, if 50WebHost accepts its right of cancellation.
Customer understands that service(s) can be canceled at any time effective the end of the contract.
Data Privacy Issues
Due to data protection concerns, all account cancellations must be done via our official cancellation form.
Notifications of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to successive rebill period
50WebHost reserves the right to accept, deny, or refuse refunds at any time if necessary. Third party cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellation and Refunds
As per the revised policies of payment gateways - the refund amount will be generated depending upon the deductions of the payment gateways service taxes.
Upon termination, either by 50WebHost or Customer, for any reason, Customer is responsible for deleting his/her host registrations from domain registrar(s) immediately.
Outstanding Invoices -
Any invoice that is outstanding may result in the suspension or termination of Services without suspension/termination notice.
Access to the account and packages will not be restored until payment has been received.
In case any client is not completely happy with our services we can provide a refund within 45 days from the date you opt in for any service.
The refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.
If payment is done by credit card, refunds will be issued to the same credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case PayPal it will refunded to same PayPal account.
There will be no refund for any add-on or Licenses like: WHM/CPanel, Dedicated Server License, Plesk License, SSL Certificates, OnAPP, Domain Registration and Site Builder as these are purchased from third party Vendors.
50WebHost does not get any refund in case of cancellation of licenses.
Scheduled Maintenance -
Any service breach or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by 50WebHost or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee.
50WebHost is not liable in any way for failure of third party services. 50WebHost has full right to suspend OR directly terminate services on receipt of abuse complaints.
Prior Notice –
Cancellation of any service renewals for on-going, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least 5 business days prior to the next due date of the current service period.
This Agreement can be terminated:
By giving 50WebHost, thirty (30) days prior written notice,
By 50WebHost, in the event of nonpayment by Customer,
By 50WebHost, at any time, without notice, if, Customer is in violation of any term or condition of this Agreement or Customer's use of the Services disrupts.
